Privately owned and financed, Global Reliance Associates (GRA) was formed in 2001 with the release of Madeline's OASIS, software developed to allow Home Health Agencies to complete a standardized OASIS assessment on a windows mobile PDA.  Using this as the foundation, GRA has continually improved it's software to offer Home Health Agencies with an affordable and viable point of care system.  With our exclusive joint venture with Healthcare Synergy's Healthcare Assistant for Windows, E-Clinical Assistant is available today and can be installed in your agency within 36 hours with no setup fee and a free 60 day evaluation. This year we are pleased to celebrate 10 years of providing quality software that is designed, coded and supported 100% by staff in Michigan, not utilizing overseas development.

Michael Deck

Building on a passion for teaching and design, Michael serves as the Head Developer for GRA.  When not attending trade shows, visiting with clients, or desigining a new module, Michael is equally passionate about antique boat motors and racing.   A current cancer survivor,  He currently sits on an advisory board for a large home health care agency, and serves as a Director for the PAMMFM, a non-profit foundation that provides free medical and surgical missions annually to the Phillipines. 


Diane Vista-Deck, MD
A board certified physcian, Diane serves as the Director of Clinical Services to insure that documentation created by GRA software falls in line with current state and federal regulations, as well as oversees the newly formed clinical overview services.  When not reviewing charts, she can be found in the summer relaxing with kids, and she currently serves on the board of numerous profit and non profit organizations.
